All sessions must be booked in advance via the provided booking system.
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Sessions are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may request to move your booking to a future session by contacting The Middle Eight at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Rebooking requests must be made by email and will be confirmed once processed.
Changes requested less than 24 hours before the session are not permitted and the session will be forfeited.
Failure to attend a booked session (no-show) will result in loss of that session.
In exceptional circumstances, The Middle Eight may, at its sole discretion, allow a booking to be transferred to a future session outside of the standard 24-hour notice period.
This is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
By attending a session, you confirm that:
– You are fit to participate
– You will follow all safety instructions
– You take responsibility for your own participation
Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions or injuries prior to attending.
The Middle Eight reserves the right to refuse participation if it is deemed unsafe.
Participation in rollerskating and related activities carries inherent risk.
The Middle Eight is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during sessions, except where required by law.
The Middle Eight reserves the right to:
– Modify session content
– Change instructors
– Reschedule or cancel sessions where necessary
In the event of cancellation by The Middle Eight, an alternative session or transfer to a future session will be offered.
Participants are responsible for their own belongings.
The Middle Eight accepts no responsibility for loss or damage.
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
